This was the Gala of the Best of 2002 organized by Nova Era Radio and Sagres Beer. Nova Era Radio broadcasts in Porto area and besides pop and rock also has a strong focus on dance music. It's very popular to persons till 35 or so.

The big plus (from the GLBT point of view) was the Best Dance Single award given to The Ones for their Ibiza summer hit: "Flawless".
