This year's edition of Porto Pride had slightly less participants than last year with 1800 persons, however, due to the good spirits there was an incresed consuption that overcome in a net result higher than last year (note that drinks where consumed with responsability and respect to others). The party had the sponsorship of Comissão Nacional de Luta Contra a SIDA, Cutty Sark, Nova Era Radio, Cozzza Rio Restaurant, SuperBock, Red Bull and NeoPonto. The show had the presence of Amália, Ricardo, Seminova, Nanny Petrova, Roberta Kinsky, Júlio and Wagner and the music was conducted by DJ Kit Ken Buster and DJ Ivo that put everyone dancing till sunrise. The party was organized by PortugalGay.PT and Boys'R'Us Bar with reports in serveral media including TVI television network.

Due to the support of all the presents it was possible to increase, once more, the donation to Hospital Joaquim Urbano that this year went up to 3009.84 Euros. The donation totalling 3077.56 Euros (3009.84+Interests) was delivered in a public event at Boys'R'Us bar to Liga de Amigos do Hospital Joaquim Urbano on the 22^th January 2005.
